I’m Topsie - an Emotional Intelligence Consultant for entrepreneurs, executives and organizations. I help professionals refine how they think, decide, and lead-so they can make critical decisions without second-guessing, lead their teams with conviction, and move their business forward with confidence.
With a background as a licensed mental health therapist and business owner, I bring evidence-based leadership strategy and emotional intelligence skills to leaders who need more than just business tactics. They need the mental and emotional skill set to sustain success at the highest level.
Through my work, I saw a pattern. Leaders weren’t struggling with a lack of skill. They were struggling with how they processed decisions, pressure, and leadership responsibility.
That was when I realized that at this level, it’s not about knowing what to do. It's more about trusting yourself to do it.
