I’m Topsie - a Mindset & Emotional Intelligence Coach & Consultant for business owners. I help business owners identify + crush the source of the negative thought patterns impacting their behaviors at work- through teaching & coaching on using evidence based mindset strategies and emotional intelligence skills.

 

I teach business owners how to develop emotional regulation skills, mindset strategies and coping tools- to be able to emotionally handle the ups and downs of business ownership.

 

Prior to becoming a Mindset + Emotional Intelligence Coach for business owners- I owned a mental health therapy brick & mortar private practice for 9 years. There- I specialized in helping ambitious women and business owners address the source of the depression, anxiety & PTSD they were experiencing that was impacting their daily lives.

 

I started to realize that there were many business owners who had mindset struggles- but didn’t necessarily identify with struggling with a mental health diagnosis (depression, anxiety, etc).

 

I found that many business owners could benefit from being coached on how to navigate the emotional ups and downs of entrepreneurship- and so from there- my coaching practice was born. I’ve been a Coach & Consultant since 2018- and I’m so happy you found me.
