The One Truth You Need To Know
Here’s the 411 on manifesting what you want for your business…
There’s so much chatter online about “manifesting” your dreams. ‘Manifesting’ what you want out of life. Manifesting a house. Manifesting a purse. Manifesting a car. Manifesting your dream job/career. I literally GAG everytime I read that word. Like seriously, it’s obnoxious. Not because there isn’t some element of truth to it, BUT because none of these posts that I’ve seen have addressed this one issue that I’ve personally noticed is rampant…
You have to believe that you are even deserving of good things.
We might know somewhere deep down that we deserve all that’s good, but we also have times where that little voice in our heads tries to make us feel as if we aren’t deserving...that we aren’t worthy. And that’s absolute nonsense-and just not true.
Low self esteem and low self worth, are all REAL issues that everyone deals with, and women in particular are no stranger to these issues, especially with all that society tries to slam down our throats about body image, how to land the career of your dreams, hair of your dreams, and the list goes on.
And so I want to drive home the point that you NEED to BELIEVE that you are so DESERVING of good to happen to you in your life. You have to be your biggest cheerleader. You have to be your own hype woman, even when no one else is. If you don’t address this key part of it all, then you won’t even believe in the things that you want to have happen in your life, because YOU WON’T EVEN BELIEVE THAT THEY WILL TRULY COME TRUE.
That’s because believing that you are deserving of good things comes from a deeper space within. A space that I am curious to know if you are really nurturing on a daily basis? Are you having heart to heart conversations with yourself? Not necessarily out loud in bathroom or anything corny like that (because I’m team #realistic), but repeating positive thoughts in your head about yourself, your skills, your accomplishments, your victories, your goals? What messages are you taking in on a daily basis, from the news, your instagram and facebook feed, from friends, from family? When you can take an honest inventory of these areas, you will see whether any of these areas are impacting your thoughts. Your thoughts affect your feelings, which affect your behaviors. Make sense?
So. Do some soul work, some soul searching specifically. Get deeper in your spiritual practice, go to therapy, and talk to close friends that love you and care about your wellbeing. And figure out what is stopping you, if anything is, from believing that you aren’t worthy of good things. And when you do that, beautiful things will happen in your business, and in your life.
Take it easy,
